Eat healthy and nutritious food which helps bring out the glow from inside, and erases out those ugly wrinkles.

Include plenty of vegetables and fruits in your diet.

Fruits and bright coloured vegetables such as carrots, broccoli, tomatoes and citrus fruits have a high anti-aging value and are good sources of antioxidants, vitamins and minerals that prevent the effects of aging.
