Having Sex Regularly Helps Reduce Wrinkles

One great and proved way of fighting wrinkles is,having great sex regularly.

In order to prove this hypothesis, a study was conducted by National Health Services.

The results from this study proved that regular sex helps reduce stress levels which is a major cause of wrinkles.And sex is said to be a great sex buster.

Wrinkles are also said to occur due to lack of physical exercise, when one excercises regularly the amount of blood flow and nutrition to the skin increases.

According to the study, people with a sedentary job style, with not much of a fitness regime can benefit much, by resorting to regular and healthy sex with their partner.

That is because,researchers state that ”Sex Exercise” is a great exercise for the body. A hour of sex is equivalent to burning up a number of calories on the treadmill.

The article featured on the medical site states: ‘Forget about jogging around the block or struggling with sit-ups. Sex uses every muscle group, gets the heart and lungs working hard, and burns about 300 calories an hour.’

The NHS site also explains that endorphins released during orgasm stimulate our immune system cells, which not only can target illnesses like cancer, but also help in combating wrinkles. 

And if that is not enough, regular and healthy sex according to researchers increases the production of endorphins, making your hair shine and and your skin smooth. Orgasms on the other hand even help prevent frown lines from deepening.

So, get rid of those wrinkles by hitting the bed often.
