A very effective way of erasing out wrinkles is by catching up on a good nights sleep. However, with a good nights sleep it is important that you keep certain points in mind.

Choose Cotton, a silk or a satin pillow cover:

The way you place your face on your pillow is very important. Do you stuff your face in the pillow? Or sleep with your cheeks crushed against it? Well, how would you know you must be busy sleeping? Crushing one’s skin against a pillow is said to break the collagen in the skin, this causes fine lines and eventually ends up in wrinkles. So, choose a pillow cover, which is smooth against your skin.

Exfoliate your Skin At Night Time:

Along with your nightly cleanser, go in for natural scrubs or creams which help exfoliate your skin. Following this regime regularly helps you wake up fresh and glowing every morning.

Moisturize Your Skin:

Moisturizing your skin during the day is an easy task, but then how can one moisturize their skin at night?

Pretty easy ladies; just place a damp towel over your radiator or cooler. This not only helps keep your room cool, but also helps keep your skin hydrated.

Now that you have taken all the  essential night time care, add up to the glow on your face by scrubbing it with a loofah( a kind of bath sponge) before you have your shower. This helps increase the circulation of blood in the face.
