Few Simple Exercises for Facial Wrinkles

  • Sit straight by facing a mirror. Now open your eyes wide and raise your eyebrows. Hold on this position for sometime. Now bring back eyes and brows to the normal position. This exercise works for people who suffer from furrowed brows.
  • This exercise is effective to eliminate eye wrinkles. With your 2 fingers press near the temple region of the eye and pull. Now flutter eyes by closing and opening them at a regular pace. This exercise should be done for 10 minutes in a day. This enables the toning of muscles in the eye region.
  • This exercise prevents wrinkle occurrence in the cheek region. Fill air into the mouth and hold for about 5 seconds. Now release it slowly. This exercise should be done for 10 times in order to enable the stretching of cheek muscles.
