  • Take a diet that includes fruits, vegetables, healthy oils and avoid saturated fats..
  • Exercises play a prominent role in maintaining a young and radiant skin. They help in proper circulation in the body and supply the necessary nutrients and oxygen that are vital for the skin.
  • Get adequate amount of sleep daily. A minimum of 8 hours sleep is essential.

  • Ex-foliate your skin regularly. This process enables the removal of dead skin cells and aid in the growth of newer skin cells.

  • Smoking should be avoided. The nicotine component present in the smoke causes the depletion of skin protein collagen in the body and provokes skin aging. Excessive smoking will lead to mouth wrinkles due to constant puckering of muscles in the mouth region.
  • Try to use skin products that has antioxidants. These antioxidants are vital for protecting against free radicals that damage the skin.
