Iron is vital for transporting oxygen to the skin tissue and lutein is essential for preventing free radical damage to the skin.
  • Drink water to maintain a hydrated skin that is free from toxins. About 8 glasses of water a day will help in maintaining a supple and moist skin.
  • Follow a proper skin care routine. Use a moisturizer regularly to maintain a hydrated skin. Application of a moisturizer on a regular basis aids in a elastic and refreshed skin that is free from sagging and stretching. Using a moisturizer on a long run helps in eliminating wrinkles.
  • Avoid smoking as it is responsible for premature wrinkling of skin. Smoking causes the loss of elastin and collagen that provide strength to the skin. Smokers have a greater chance of wrinkling when compared to non smokers.
