  • Get proper amount of sleep daily. About 8 hours of sleep is recommended. Try to avoid side sleeping as it provokes the development of wrinkles.
  • Take a diet that is packed with essential vitamins, minerals and antioxidants that are necessary for healthy skin. Include essential fats such as omega 3 fats regularly in your diet. Plenty of fresh vegetables and fruits should be taken.
  • Smoking is a factor that accelerates the process of skin wrinkling. Smoking releases free radicals that promote damage to the skin proteins. It is known to accelerate dehydration, a factor that is known to promote aging. So, stop smoking to prevent wrinkles.
  • Try not to over wash your face. By doing so, your depriving yourself of necessary oils for the skin. Oil is vital for keeping skin free from wrinkles.
