Dos and Don'ts for Your Wrinkle Treatment

With the advancing age, wrinkles naturally appear on a person’s skin. They occur on various body parts such as hands, face, forehead and chest. These wrinkles make the person look more older than his real age.

If you take care of your skin properly and at the right time, you can appear young with the advancing age. Some do’s and don’ts are provided in this article, following which you can start appearing young and attractive even with the advancing age.

Some Factors to Ward Off Wrinkles

  • Sun Exposure

    – The best way to avoid wrinkles is to avoid sun exposure. Application of sun block is very necessary to avoid sun exposure as UV rays can cause harm and wrinkles too. Also, cover your whole body when you have to move out into the sun.

  • Water

    – Drink plenty of water as much water one can. It keeps the skin hydrated and removes oily food particles and fatty substances out from the body.

  • Moisturizer

    – For healthy skin, proper moisturization of skin is required. Thus, when you live in a dry climate, use moisturizer to protect your skin.

  • Carrot juice

    – It is one of the best treatments to prevent wrinkles. A glass full of carrot juice should be taken once in two weeks and tremendous change can be observed.

  • Olive Oil

    – It is the primary treatment for wrinkled skin. Massage olive oil in the opposite direction of wrinkles.

  • Papaya

    – Apply grounded, ripened papaya over the wrinkled skin and wash it off after sometime to remove wrinkles and to get a healthy glowing skin.

  • Cucumber

    – Round pieces of cucumber should be placed over the eyes and tied with a handkerchief to prevent black circles around the eyes and give a glow to the surrounding area.

  • Lemon

    – Lemon juice should be mixed in milk cream and applied over the wrinkled area. Wash it with warm water after 20 minutes. Regular application of this paste for a month, removes wrinkles as well as black spots.

Frequently washing your face with cold water also removes wrinkles. Cosmetic surgery, laser treatments and skin rejuvenation are other methods to remove wrinkles. As you grow older, you can delay the appearance of wrinkles but cannot prevent it. Following the above methods, you can stay younger and attractive.
