    – Sit upright and look straight. Now, bring eyebrows and bring them down near the eyes like you are in frowning state. At the same time, wrinkle up your nose and flare your nostrils as well. Hold this position for 5 seconds and repeat it 5 times.

  • Facial Exercise for Cheeks

    – Fill air in the mouth and hold it for 5 seconds and release it slowly. Do it for ten times.

  • Facial Exercise for Mouth and Lips

    – Say “EE – OO – AH” as it will stretch your lips. This exercise will prevent lip and mouth wrinkles.

  • Facial Exercise for Chin and Neck

    – Sit upright and keep your back and neck straight. With three center fingers, pull your chin down and now curl the lower lip over the bottom teeth. Hold this position for 5 seconds. Relax and repeat it 5 times.
