How to Get Rid of Wrinkles at Home

Wrinkles are a nightmare for some people in their growing age and frightens them. The skin loses its elasticity due to loss of collagen in the skin and wrinkles appear. One cannot evade wrinkles but treat them at home before it turns into frightening stage.

There are various remedies to cure wrinkles at home which are easy to do. These home remedies can not remove all the wrinkles but can limit their appearance. If these treatments are started earlier, they will delay the appearance of wrinkles and will make you age gracefully. Some ways to get rid of wrinkles at home are discussed in this article.

Ways to get Rid of Wrinkles at Home

Some of the ways for wrinkles treatment at home are as follows:

  • Pineapple

    – Apply pineapple pulp on the face and leave it for 15 minutes. Then rinse it off. It will provide firmness to the skin and make it glow with health.

  • Red lentils

    – Soak red lentils at night in water. Grind it in the morning and apply it over face. Let it dry and then wash it. This face pack will help reduce wrinkles.

  • Pumpkin seeds

    – A paste prepared from pumpkin seeds and olive oil should be applied on the skin to reduce wrinkles and make it white and soft.

  • Green vegetables, citrus fruits like berries, tomatoes and grapes should be eaten. These are rich in antioxidants and helps fight damage to skin caused by free radicals.
  • Sugarcane juice with turmeric powder is effective in wrinkles treatment.
  • Vitamin supplement and dairy products should be taken.
  • Plenty of water should be taken everyday. At least 8-10 glasses of water should be taken per day. It removes waste from the body and makes the skin glow with health.
  • Excess intake of coffee, tea and alcohol should be avoided as it causes dehydration in the skin.
  • Avoid going out in the sun as its harmful UV rays can worsen the wrinkle problem.
  • Don’t use warm water on face for washing, instead use normal water.
  • Exercise – Some sorts of exercise should be done daily. It builds the stamina in the body and also help improve the blood circulation in the body.
  • Avoid stress and stay happy to get a great wrinkle free skin.
