    – One should eat a healthy nutritious diet to get a wrinkle free face. Food rich in vitamins and minerals should be taken as it helps reduce the damage caused to the skin by the free radicals.

  • Exercise

    – Regular exercise helps increase the blood circulation in the body and removes toxins from the body. The toxins accumulated in the body leads to skin damage. Thus exercise helps remove these toxins by sweating.
